Eng. S. NASRI, is a research scientist in hydrology and water and soil conservation. Member of LISAH (Laboratory for studying the Interactions between Soils, Agrosystems and Hydrosystems) he has been recently national leader of a Euro-Mediterranean project on small dams (INCO MED project , 1996-2000).

Ms. R. MOUGOU, has an enginerring degree in agroclimatology. She is currently research scientist in charge of the micrometeorology sector at INRGREF. She is a member of the commission for agriculture in the National Council for Meteorology, and a member of the technical committee for an early warning network.
