Eng. L. OUZZINE is an agricultural engineer from the Agronomy and Veterinary Institute Hassan II of Rabat and the school of agricultural engineering ENGREF of PARIS. He is in charge of developing irrigation systems at ORMVAH. He has been involved in several studies concerning the improvement of irrigation designs and organising training sessions for local agricultural staff members.

Eng. M. CHERKAOUI IKBAL is also an engineer from Agronomy and Veterinary Institute Hassan II of Rabat and graduated from the MEDCAMPUS master in automatisation of irrigation systems, organised by University Cadi Ayyad. He is involved in monitoring and transferring new technologies of crop production.

Eng. A. MORENO, Phd in soil science, engineer from Agronomy and Veterinary Institute Hassan II of Rabat. He realised soils maps, manages a soil laboratory and conducts irrigation, fertilisation and agricultural tests.

Eng. M.H. KHARROU is an agricultural engineer from the Agronomy and Veterinary Institute Hassan II of Rabat and M.Sc from university Caddi Ayyad- Marrakesh (Faculty of Science- Semlalia) on Fluid mechanic and energetic. He is in charge of developing irrigation systems and water saving technology at ORMVAH. He has been involved in several studies concerning the improvement of irrigation designs, the implementation of a software for water distribution and billing and organising training sessions for local agricultural staff members and also in the development of the Participatory Irrigation Management approach in the Haouz plain.
