The Tunisian test site, general view
The study site of the Tunisian partner is a small catchment (245.5 ha) in the Cap Bon pensinsula, representative of farming with supplementary irrigation through small dams.
This site is intensively studied within the collaboration with IRD (UMR LISAH), particularly from the point of view of runoff and erosion measurement and modelling. In IRRIMED the focus is on the evapotranspiration component of the water budget.
