The study area in Morocco is located in the Marrakech region, more specifically in the central plain (called Haous plain) of the large watershed of the Tensift ouadi.

The hydro-ecological ressources and balance of the whole Tensift watershed are studied within the SUDMED bilateral project (Toulouse, France, - Marrakech, Morocco) described in french in the dedicated section of this web site.
